I don't know what it is about miniatures that is so undeniably adorable; puppies napping, tuxedos for babies, Bagel Bites... The very sight of mini any-thing resonates with my most shameful girlish whims resulting in fits of unwarranted giggling. That being said, I had a recent episode when I caught sight of Israel-based artist Shay Aaron's pint-sized plates. His Etsy is filled with super-small snack replicas made of polymer clay, and if you get a chance, take a close-up look at all the detail put into this handmade fare.
